Our story began in 2003. We were a renowned interior design consultancy firm with projects undertaken in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and Australia. In 2014, the experiences encompassed property development businesses in Perth, Western Australia.
Subsequently in 2017, the profile extended to Australian immigration advisory with the accorded legal licence for the Registered Migration Agent.

At the age of 28 years old, Nicholas had an illustrious banking career and left the bank as a Vice-President. Subsequently, he went on to embark an additional 20 over years of experience in the field of property development, construction, interior architecture, and project management.
Nicholas founded a property development company together with 3 other business partners in Western Australia. The company had executed a couple of development projects and provided development management services to overseas investors and business visa holders.
Nicholas is also a legal immigration professional and has helped investment and business visa migrants in fulfilling their visa requirements and property development needs in Western Australia.
An experience Real Estate professional with over 30 years of work experience in this industry. Cedric has a vast knowledge in the residential, commercial, and industrial property sectors, and medical centre. He also engages in business sales, property development projects, project marketing and management with clients from Asia and West Australia Region.
A former Real Estate Licensee in Singapore from 1994 to 1998, Cedric arrived in Perth, Western Australia in 1998 and worked with various franchise agencies before he becomes an independent agent and a Licensee.
Cedric has gone on to achieve multiple LJ Hooker awards in Australia. To add onto the list, he has been awarded accolades and prestigious awards from the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA).
Brandon has over 17 years of experience in the migration industry. He started his career as a visa officer in various overseas Australian Immigration offices. He worked in the Immigration Section of the Australian Embassy in Manila, the Australian Consulate-General in Dubai, and the Australian High Commission in Fiji.
After leaving Australian Immigration in 2012, Brandon has specialised in providing advice, predominantly to Asian clients applying for business and investment visas. He has travelled extensively across Asia to Vietnam, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia, and Indonesia to meet with clients.
Brandon resides in Melbourne and is an Australian permanent resident visa holder. He completed his Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law from the Australian National University in Canberra and is a current registered migration agent.
Originally from Vietnam, Quinton has called Australia home since 2008 where he has attained multiple degrees and qualifications. He attends and assists students from various backgrounds, predominantly from Southeast Asia countries. He has extensive knowledge on student life and has worked in many different industries including Accounting, Education and Migration.
As a qualified Education Agent Counsellor, Quinton is passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals. Dynamic and professional, he has successfully helped international students achieve their dreams to study, work and migrate to Australia.
Coupled with being a Real Estate Professional in Australia, Quinton can fluently communicate in English and Vietnamese, and can build strong relationship with clients of diverse cultures, especially the business visa investors, and yet fulfilling their needs.
